1. Do I have to pay if I am not happy with the quote I have received and if I have also asked for a plan?
No, you do not have to pay a single cent if you are not happy with the quote we offer. It is optional if you would like to have a 2D or 3D plan with the quote. We have had many customers who were unable to picture their basement layout. Having a plan helps you to have a better sense about your finished basement beforehand.

2. Am I able to get a quote with labour costs only?
Yes, we do offer quotes with labour only. We understand that many customers prefer to shop around for their choice of materials.

3. What type of material will you be using at my house?
The materials we use are in accordance with the provincial and municipal building code. Options are limited for structural materials because we are required to use materials that are in accordance with the building code. However, you have a wide range of options on non-structural materials. We are always available to answer any questions you might have regarding a specific type of material.

4. How can I trust you with my money if I do not know who you are? Can I pay the overall cost at the end?
You do not worry about your money during the project. We are accountable for your money. You can pay us step by step throughout the project. You can also holdback 10 percent of the final price at the end. Here is how we handle your money. We require a minimum deposit when the contract is signed. We provide you with a receipt when a payment is receive. We also provide you with a schedule of payment dates. We do not accept overall cost at the end because we require the money to pay for materials and labour costs during the project. The contract we provide to you is protected under provincial business laws.

5. Do you offer the job with a good quality?
Our company is built on the premise of accountability and quality. We can guarantee quality workmanship. Majority of our customers are through previous customer referral. We understand that people would never give a referral if the quality of our work was poor. Please refer to my witness page, see what our customers have said about our company.

6. Is there any warranty when you complete the job?
Yes, we offer a minimum of one year full warranty. This means that if anything breaks within one year of project completion, we will cover all the repair costs. After the first year, we only cover the labour costs. The warranty lasts for four years.

7. How long have you guys being working in the field?
The average experience of our contractors is 7+ years. We are all experienced in getting your job completed right.

8. Can you provide me with a detail schedule for the job? What if delays occur?
We always provide a detailed working schedule to our customers. We also let our customers know of any possible delays upon signing contract. We are not responsible for any delays if there are additional changes made to the plan after the starting date. If a delay occurs happens due to our responsibility, we will resolve the problem quickly.

9. Can I cancel the contract if I am not happy at all?
Yes, you can cancel the contract if you are not happy with our work. The contract cannot be cancelled immediately after signing the contract and a date issued. If you choose to go ahead with the cancellation, the deposit will not be returned unless the owner has valid reasons for cancelling before signing the contract. If the cancellation occurs during the process, the owner has to pay the contract fees according to the materials used and labour costs.
